The Seller receives information about the IP address of the website visitor www.mega-hand.kz. This information is not used to identify the visitor.

The Seller is not responsible for information provided by the User on the Website in a publicly accessible form.

Legal Terms

The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to relations between the Buyer and the Seller.

The sales contract enters into force from the moment of acceptance of the offer and remains valid until the obligations are fully fulfilled.

All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unresolved, through court at the Seller’s location.

The online store has the right to change the assortment, regulate access to purchases, and suspend or terminate sales at its discretion.

Online store services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.

Invalidity of one provision of the contract does not affect the validity of other provisions.
