Return Policy

1. Right to Return or Exchange

The customer has the right to refuse goods of proper quality at any time before delivery, and within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to Article 30 of the Law, the following goods are non-returnable: underwear, sleepwear, homewear, hosiery products (socks, tights, stockings, etc.).

2. Conditions for Return

Goods may be returned if their appearance matches the original condition shown on the website and a receipt confirming the purchase is provided.

Returns are accepted at designated pickup points or according to the return instructions for courier-delivered orders at the customer’s expense.

In case of refusal of goods of proper quality, the seller refunds the amount paid for the goods.

3. Liability of the Parties

The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the goods.
